Cote d'Or, Bayonne

Ok, so you all know I'm not really a main meal kinda person-I'm beginning to be with all the great food in San Sebastian but really I'm all about dessert. My choice poison: chocolate. My chocolate of chocolates: this, Cote d'Or dark chocolate with hazelnuts. I have sampled a lot, I assure you, but nothing really hits the spot like this one. Maybe it's because I grew up on this stuff, I don't know. But it definitely serves as a regular reminder that the best things are often not the fanciest.
