I’ve had a craving for crab cooked with salted egg. So its no wonder that I led my friends from one restaurant after another at the UDMC Seafood Centre at East Coast Park, in search of the dish. No restaurant served this, but one in particular agreed to put it together for us. It was fragrant, as with all things with salted egg. The generous douse of garlic helped the flavour along. Delish.
