This is supposedly one of the more famous
chiu chau (teochew) restaurant
in Hong Kong. We made our way through the usual cold crab and stewed duck dishes. What was

particularly interesting was the noodle dessert dish right at the end. The rice noodles are fried to a crisp and given a dash of vinegar and a sprinkle of sugar when eaten. Tasty.
