This was a nice change – American style Sze Chuan food, served in a cosy little restaurant dressed in a lot of red, located along a row of old shops in a private residential estate in Seletar. The food was generally good: smoked duck, General Tsao’s chicken but there were some misses too. The ma po tofu tasted bland and the tung po pork (apparently a specialty in this restaurant) tasted like it needed a couple of more hours on the stove. Generally good otherwise.
