Serangoon Gardens Food Centre Stall #21

It’s my week of trying out food at displaced hawkers. This weekend, I went in search of one of the two kway chap stalls that was formerly located in Blanco Court. This dish of stewed innards, tofu and salted vegetables served with bowls of flat rice noodles was tasty. The sauce and the soup was mild, unlike the stronger flavours I prefer from Guan Kee. The chilli dips packs a punch too. Nice place to know the next time I get a craving for this. Closed Mondays.
