Yabu is located in the middle of nowhere but diners don’t seem to mind. The place was packed when we walked in at about 9pm. We quickly filled our table with a salmon skin salad, beautifully plated sashimi, fish pate, grilled asparagus, ebi (prawn) sushi, and a duck soba (this place is known for its handmade sobas. The noodles were quite amazing, you can almost taste the effort that went into making it. The zaru soba (cold noodles) is next on my must-try list.
